• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 USD (or $5,000 MXN) will be withheld from your credit card and returned after a facility inspection.
• Restrictions: This property is NOT pet-friendly.
• Hotel Access: Please note that the townhouses are independent from the Hotel Parvada property. Use of hotel-specific public spaces and amenities, such as the gym and pool, is exclusive to hotel guests.
• Holiday Notice: On December 24th and 25th, 2025, Nido Restaurant will be closed and winery tours will not be available.
