About Property

This exceptionally family-friendly retreat is designed for those seeking a vista worth visiting, where the Pacific Ocean serves as the true centerpiece, providing beautiful ocean views from every bedroom, the kitchen, and even the dedicated dog room.

The home is thoughtfully configured with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The main floor features an expansive open-concept layout bathed in natural light, offering a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a cozy breakfast nook for watching the sunset. A primary sanctuary on the entry level includes a full-sized crib for little ones and an en-suite with a large soaking tub, separate shower, and a private in-room sauna. A unique highlight of the home is the VIP (Very Important Pup) Conservatory—a glassed-in sunroom with tile floors and dog-friendly furniture dedicated entirely to your furry companions.

Downstairs serves as a beautifully appointed haven. Three lower-level bedrooms feature full closets and sliding glass doors opening to a shared patio. These include a room with a queen bed and a private bistro table, a child-friendly room with two twin beds, and a third cozy queen bedroom. This level is serviced by a spacious bathroom with double sinks and an extra-large bathtub and shower, alongside a convenient laundry room.

Outside, you can breathe in the fresh sea air from the lower-level patio or use the protected main-level area to fire up the BBQ grill.

Located in Sonoma County, the property is surrounded by the renowned Links at Bodega Harbour golf course.
