The sleeping arrangements feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the Sandy Shores Main Suite with a king bed and high thread count luxury bed linens, the Coastal Shores Guest Bedroom with two queen beds and two separate closets, and a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room.

Designed for relaxation, the villa boasts an open floor plan great room with amazing views and Roku Streaming HD TVs throughout. The main suite enjoys direct access to the patio and a large garden tub in the bathroom to soak off a hard day at the beach. Guests can step out onto the covered main patio to watch turtles and fish in the large pond right outside the living room and main bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar for two, a dining table that seats six comfortably, and a convenient washer and dryer.

Located in a quiet, 24-hour secured community, the villa is just across the street from the shimmering white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf, with direct beach access provided via the resort's tram service and pass-over bridge.

• Parking: Available throughout the resort. Parking passes must be purchased online in advance from the resort and picked up at the gate. All vehicles require passes, and guests must wear wristbands on property. Vehicles in reserved spaces or without passes are subject to towing without notice.
• Fees: The cleaning fee includes the accidental damage waiver and booking fees; these are non-negotiable.
