Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome at this property. To ensure the preservation of the land and the comfort of all guests, the following rules apply:

• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Unregistered guests or visits are not permitted; please contact the host for additions
• Guests exceeding 4 people will incur an additional $15 per night per guest
• Please do not move or rearrange furniture
• Park only on the driveway; do not park on the road
• Do not carve on trees
• Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, or diapers, as the home uses a septic system
• Excessive trash left behind will result in additional fees

Winter Travel Warning Snowy conditions are common from December through March. A 4WD vehicle with snow tires or chains is highly recommended. While driveway snow removal is arranged, road access depends on county services. Guests are responsible for transportation issues and towing expenses; trip insurance is strongly recommended.

Fire Pit Guidelines For safety, ensure the pit is at least 18 inches deep with 6 inches of gravel at the bottom. Maintain a 15-foot distance from flammable materials and keep a 6-foot clear zone around the pit. Fires must be supervised by an adult and kept under 2 feet high, with 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby.
