The home is configured as a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom sanctuary that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen bed in the primary bedroom with an attached bathroom and shower, while children will love the convenient bunks located in the hallway. The living space features a reclining sofa, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or enjoying the provided DishTV cable.

For those who love to cook, the fully stocked kitchen is a highlight, featuring lovely granite counters, stainless full-size appliances, and a large breakfast bar with seating for four. To start your mornings right, the property provides both Keurig and drip coffee makers.

Guests have access to an impressive array of complex amenities, including three pools and multiple hot tubs. The main pool is one of the largest in Galveston, featuring tanning ledges and lounge chairs, alongside a newly refinished bubbly hot tub and a beach-entry kiddie pool. Additionally, the new East pool and another large hot tub and splash pad are heated for year-round enjoyment. An exercise room is also available for guest use.

Located in the heart of Galveston, this property offers the ideal balance of beachside luxury and practical convenience. Please note that ample covered and uncovered parking is available for $10.00 per car per day (plus tax), with a 30-day cap of $70.00; the office does not accept cash.

• Pets: Furry friends are welcome! Please provide the dog's type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for up to two dogs (35 lbs each), payable before arrival.
• Construction Notice: A small project at the front of the complex may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
