Designed for relaxation and versatility, the home features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom—which boasts its own private deck with outdoor seating and a serene river view—and a queen bed in the second bedroom. For additional guests, the living area offers a pull-out couch, and three floor/air mattresses are available to ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV for personalized entertainment.

The interior is defined by a completely new modern kitchen featuring a gas range and a comprehensive array of appliances, including a Keurig, coffee grinder, and blender. The elegant dining and living areas provide a welcoming space to unwind, complete with an X-box and fast WiFi for seamless streaming and gaming.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy a great view of Mount Si from the kitchen window, yard, and the brand-new back deck. Please note that while laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available at the bottom of the basement stairs, the basement itself is not part of the rental.
