As part of our protection plan, included in your booking price, you will be required to complete an independent third-party verification through Truvi. Before your booking begins, you will be contacted via email and/or text to confirm your details and complete the verification process.

Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.

If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.
Security Deposit: There will be a security deposit of $1,500. It will be collected separately 24 hours before booking and will be refunded 72 hours after your stay.
