Designed as a favorite for reunion groups, wedding parties, and family vacations, this attractively-appointed and individually decorated villa provides ample space for everyone. The layout features 2 private bedrooms with 2 beds and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The interior boasts a spacious open plan living area, ideal for relaxing and recounting the adventures of the day all under one large roof.

While the villa offers a private retreat, guests have access to various resort features. Room-specific highlights include a fully equipped kitchen featuring a coffee pot, basic cookware, utensils, and provided coffee. Bed linens and bath towels are professionally laundered off-site using industrial-grade equipment to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.

PLEASE READ Thank you for considering my property! A few things to note:

-The best way to reach me is via this site. Listings are monitored from 9 am to 5 pm daily. Inquiries and bookings sent after this time will be processed and answered the next day.

-Check-in via the front desk of the property, and they are available to assist you 24/7 upon arrival. You can pay the balance of the stay on any debit or credit card you choose, but the person who booked the reservation must be at check-in and pay the balance in full to receive the keys. You can have someone else check in the unit, but they will need to cover the balance of the stay and security deposit to get the keys.

-Linens, towels, and parking are all included with your stay. Bed linens and bath towels are fully laundered between every stay at a professional off-site facility using industrial-grade washers and dryers, providing the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.

-For your convenience, the kitchen has a coffee pot, basic cookware, and utensils. Condiments and specialty items are not included. Coffee is provided in the unit.

-Housekeeping: While full-service cleaning is not done in the units, We change towels and take trash daily unless a Do not Disturb sign is out. This is done between 11AM-4/5PM

-Guests staying 7 nights or longer must schedule their midweek cleaning at Check-in.

-Your cleaning fee covers the cleaning, sanitizing, and reset of the condo after you check out, so you do not need to do any cleaning when checking out.

-Please remember that this is a Non-smoking property, including the balcony.

-No RVs or Trailers are allowed on the Property.

-No Pets are permitted (except registered service animals).

-All occupants must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Listed below are some cleanliness highlights you can expect when you stay at my condo:
- All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19-specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers, and more.
- All keys and pool passes are sanitized before being put in your check-in envelope.
-Hurricane Policy: Refunds are only offered if the Governor of South Carolina orders a mandatory evacuation of the zone where the resort is located. If no mandatory evacuation is ordered, the deposit or payments received can be used on another booking with one calendar year, but no refund will be offered.
