The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, and an Italian coffee machine, with an additional table for informal gatherings.

Outside, the property offers a private chlorinated swimming pool measuring approximately 13 × 10 metres with a maximum depth of 1.7 metres and a dedicated shallow section for children.
