The villa is designed for maximum privacy and comfort, featuring 6 bedrooms with 6 double beds and 6 bathrooms. Each of the six double bedrooms is equipped with its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring a high level of personal space for up to 12 guests.

Inside, the home boasts a spacious open-plan living and dining room centered around a large table for 12 guests and two comfortable sofa areas. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing group meals. For your convenience, air conditioning is available throughout the villa, complemented by complimentary Wi-Fi and satellite television.

The outdoor space is truly extraordinary, set within a landscaped garden measuring approximately 15,000 m² with lawns, terraces, and a variety of Mediterranean plants. Guests can relax by the private chlorinated swimming pool (12 × 8 meters), which includes a separate shallow children’s area and is furnished with 14 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A covered terrace provides ample space for relaxing, while a brick barbecue is available for outdoor dining.

Located near the town of Petra, guests are close to local restaurants, supermarkets, and a traditional weekly market. The sandy beaches of Son Real and Son Serra de Marina are a short drive away, and the s’Albufera Natural Park is nearby, making the area perfect for nature lovers and cyclists. A car is strongly recommended for exploring the rural surroundings.
