The villa is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 12 guests across two independent apartments. Each apartment features three air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two single beds each), two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and its own fully equipped kitchen. To enhance the outdoor experience, each unit also provides its own covered terrace, creating a private space for dining and relaxation.

Beyond the individual living quarters, guests share a variety of wonderful outdoor amenities designed for leisure:

• Swimming pool (7 × 4.5 m) with 12 sun loungers

• Barbecue area featuring a large handcrafted table and benches

A car is recommended for comfortably exploring the region, including nearby golf courses and the local port.

• Guests aged 16 and over are required to pay the mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) in cash upon arrival, ranging from €0.55 to €2.20 per night depending on the season.
• Online check-in via the registration channel is required for public safety regulations, which may include submitting an identity document or selfie.
