Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The primary booking guest must be at least 30 years old. Pets, parties, and events are strictly not permitted. Air-conditioning consumption is charged separately at €0.35/kWh, payable in cash. Additionally, the mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid in cash on arrival for guests aged 16 and over, ranging from €0.55 to €2.20 per night depending on the season.
