On the first floor, you will find three distinct rooms: one featuring a double bed and a private shower room with a WC, another with a double bed, and a third offering both a double and a single bed. The second floor is dedicated to a large, peaceful bedroom with its own private shower room, ensuring maximum privacy and luxury.

• Ground Floor: A spacious and comfortable living room complete with a TV and a dedicated workspace. The floor also features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, and fridge-freezer, as well as a separate WC. For convenience, there is a utility room equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, mop, and broom.
• First Floor: In addition to the bedrooms, this level includes a shower room with a WC and a full bathroom featuring a shower, bathtub, and WC.
• Second Floor: A large primary bedroom with a private shower room.

Location & Neighborhood: The residence is centrally located in Bouresse, offering a convenient base for exploring the region. Guests are just 11km from the town of Civaux and 18km from Gençay, allowing for easy day trips and local discovery.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join you on your stay. Household linens, including bed sheets, towels, and kitchen towels, are provided. To ensure a smooth experience, a stay deposit validation is required before arrival, with options for a refundable security deposit or a no-deposit waiver.

While a cleaning fee is charged at booking, we kindly ask that the house be left in a clean and tidy condition, with all rubbish removed and refrigerators emptied. Please ensure furniture is returned to its original place. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition, additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit at a rate of €35 per hour. Late arrivals and departures may be arranged for an additional cost.
