Designed for family holidays or trips with friends, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The upstairs layout includes five distinct sleeping areas: two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one with a king-size bed, one featuring both a double and single bed, and a small guest bedroom equipped with a crib. The ground floor is dedicated to relaxation and gathering, consisting of a kitchen/dining room and a large living room complete with a bar area. For convenience, there are two bathrooms with bathtubs upstairs, along with two upstairs toilets and one on the ground floor.

Outside, you will find a large garden that opens onto endless fields, offering stunning sea views of Louét Island and the Château du Taureau.

• Tenants are responsible for cleaning at the end of the stay. A mandatory interim cleaning fee is charged at booking. An optional full cleaning service is available for €125.
