This thoughtfully designed layout features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a total capacity to host up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 1 bed in the bedroom, complemented by a living room that offers a full-sized sleeper sofa and a wall bed to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Guests can enjoy a variety of room-specific features including a private oceanfront balcony for breathtaking views, a galley kitchen equipped with a stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker, and a bathroom complete with a hair dryer. • Policies: All rooms and balconies are strictly non-smoking. All occupants must be 21+ or accompanied by a legal guardian.
• Pets: Not permitted (except registered service animals); unauthorized pets result in a $250 fee and immediate eviction.
• Parking: One parking pass is provided for one-bedroom suites. No trailers are allowed, though motorcycles are permitted.
• Security: A $100 security hold is required at check-in.
• Hurricane Policy: Refunds are only issued during mandatory Governor-ordered evacuations; otherwise, payments may be applied to a future booking within one calendar year.
