The first floor hosts the main bedroom with a queen bed, offering abundant storage, natural light, and an incredible lake view, alongside a second bedroom containing two double-sized beds. A full bathroom with a tub/shower and supplied linens serves the home. For additional sleeping space, the second floor features a loft bedroom with ladder access to two twin beds. For the most adventurous youngsters, there is a separate treehouse that can sleep 3 children in twin beds.

The living area and open kitchen/dining room provide plenty of space to spread out, play games, and admire breathtaking views of the water. Outside, a spacious deck with ample furniture is perfect for grilling on the supplied propane grill or simply relaxing. Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower or gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stargazing under the incredible Maine skies.

While the property does not have a structured amenities list, guests have access to provided kayaks, a canoe, stand-up paddle boards, and life jackets for swimming and fishing right from the dock. For those with their own ATVs, the Downeast Sunrise Trail is conveniently located just a quarter mile from the house.

Located in a serene setting, you are only 12 miles from Schoodic Point, Winter Harbor, and the shopping and dining options in Ellsworth. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are a scenic 23-mile drive away.
