• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book.
• Noise Ordinance: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM; please be mindful of neighbors to avoid fines.
• No smoking permitted inside the residence (minimum $500 fee for violations).
• No pets allowed (minimum $500 fee for violations).
• No parties or events permitted, including amplified music.
• Parking: Free driveway parking for 3 spaces; garage space for 2 small vehicles. Trailers are strictly prohibited in the neighborhood.
• Backyard is private but not fully fenced.
• Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable plan is included for stays under 30 nights, covering accidental loss or damage up to $10,000 (excludes intentional acts or gross negligence).
