This architecturally designed residence is thoughtfully laid out to maximize the natural beauty of the region. The second floor serves as the heart of the home, where the kitchen, dining room, and living room are positioned to capture stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de La Gigantic mountain range. The dining room exudes warmth and elegance with its gorgeous brick, barrel vaulted ceiling and chandelier, featuring a large wooden table that comfortably seats 8. This level also hosts a fully equipped kitchen and three large separate patio areas, including a BBQ cooking station with seating for 6 and an outdoor gas fire pit perfect for nightly star gazing.

Sleeping arrangements are located on the first floor, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each of the three master bedrooms is ensuite; one features a king bed, while the other two each offer a queen bed. For a touch of luxury, one master bathroom includes a bathtub for soaking and an outdoor shower area. This level also boasts a large game room equipped with a ping pong table and TV, adjoining a garden and patio area. Connecting these spaces is a beautiful outdoor courtyard adorned with palm trees, stunning murals, and a fountain.

For a truly magical experience, visit the third-floor tower area. This space offers incredible views for watching the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez or sunsets over the mountains, and includes a covered area with a bar table that seats 6.

To enhance your stay, this elegant property provides 2 bicycles, beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, a pack & play, and a high chair. Please note that a water purification system with an ultraviolet lamp is installed throughout the house, eliminating the need for bottled water.
