The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious SE Master Suite with a king bed and private bathroom, a SW King Suite with similar private bath facilities and porch access, and a NW King Suite offering Gulf views. Guests will also find a W Queen Suite and a NE Bunk Room equipped with three full-over-full bunk beds and an arcade machine for entertainment. A shared bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the bunk room.

Inside, the open-concept common area is tailored for relaxation, featuring a living room with a large sectional and TV. The dining area comfortably seats 10 to 12 guests, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts a large island with seating for 8, a dedicated coffee station, and a wine bar with an additional refrigerator.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, featuring a covered back porch with a grill for al fresco dining. Step outside to enjoy the private heated saltwater pool, designed to be gentler on the skin and eyes.
