POOL HEATING (CALIFORNIA ONLY)

Pool heating is part of your reservation. The maximum temperature is set at 84 degrees. If you want to heat the pool above this temperature, it will cost $100 per day. The highest allowed temperature for pools is 89 degrees.

SUNSCREEN, TANNING LOTIONS & SPRAYS (CALIFORNIA ONLY)

Using sunscreen is important for enjoying the pool but can cause problems with pool water. To prevent issues, apply sunscreen properly, wait until it soaks in, and rinse off before swimming. Oily sunscreen can lead to buildup and affect the pool's balance, leading to slimy walls and green water.

To reduce oil in the pool, please use the outdoor shower to rinse yourself before jumping into the pool

Emergency calls for broken pool equipment are covered. However, issues caused by weather and sunscreen use are not emergencies and are out of our control.
