For additional guests, the living room includes a small single futon that folds out to increase the sleeping area; an air mattress can also be provided upon request. Please note that the bedroom features a regular mattress with a 3-inch topper, which may not be ideal for those with back injuries.

Enjoy the outdoors on your small private patio deck, complete with seating for four and a brand-new BBQ grill for cooking, all while enjoying a glimpse of the ocean. Inside, the home offers several practical features to make your stay effortless:

Guests are provided with a starter pack of basic toiletries, including hotel-style shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hair dryer, and two rolls of toilet paper. Kitchen starters include a sponge, small dish soap, dishwasher tablets, one roll of paper towels, and a few trash bags. While the washer and dryer are available for guest use, laundry supplies are not provided.
