This expansive 2,400 sq ft two-story property is expertly configured to accommodate groups of up to 16 guests. The home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms, split across two levels for maximum flexibility. The first floor offers a comfortable living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room. The second floor provides an even larger layout with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and another roomy, bright kitchen and living room. A standout feature is the upstairs bonus room located over the garage, which serves as a prime gathering spot equipped with a TV and a pool table. This versatile space also accommodates 5 guests with a twin sleeper sofa, twin trundle bed, and twin-over-twin bunk beds. Throughout the interior, you will find fresh paint, new flooring, and new furnishings and decor.

Outside, the large private ground-floor patio is a sanctuary for creating wonderful memories. Whether you are soaking up the sun by day or gathering around the firepit by night to roast s'mores, this space has it all. It features a custom-built farm table for group dining, comfortable lounge seating, and a relaxing hot tub.

Located just half a block from the water's edge and the Pacific Beach boardwalk, you can have your toes in the sand within minutes. To the opposite direction, the sandy shores of Mission Bay are just a couple of blocks away. You are steps from the excitement of Belmont Park and the historic Giant Dipper roller coaster. Other San Diego attractions, including Sea World, Balboa Park, and the San Diego Zoo, are all within 9 miles.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome. Please note that the minimum age to book this property is 25. We provide a starter pack of basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom) and basic kitchen essentials (sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, 1 roll of paper towel, and 3-5 trash bags). Due to health protocols, consumable items like salt, pepper, coffee, and oil are not provided. Laundry supplies are not included. Guests are asked to ensure all belongings are collected upon departure; lost items can be retrieved from our office or shipped for a $30 handling fee plus shipping costs.
