There is a €300 refundable damage deposit required for all reservations. You must supply your credit card details directly to the host at the time of booking. This is required so that we can place a security hold on your card for this amount 2 days before arrival. Arrival information will not be provided until we have a credit card on file. The toilets are inspected and fully functional before each guest's arrival. Any blockages during your stay will result in a clearing fee. Only human waste and small amounts of toilet paper may be flushed. Flushing wet wipes, sanitary products, nappies, cotton buds, or condoms will lead to forfeiting your deposit

Assuming no charges are due the security hold will be released shortly after departure once the property has been checked. The security deposit is managed directly between the guest and the host "Le Touquet Holidays" and is a separate transaction to your rental payment to Airbnb. Any additional cleaning required after the standard after-stay clean will be charged at €25 per hour. There is a minimum charge of €60 per key for lost key replacements. Parties including Stag and Hen parties are not allowed at the house and we reserve the right to withhold the full security deposit in the event of a complaint.

Linen and towels are not included in the rental price. The price to hire is €15 per person for bed linen only and €20 per person for linen and towels.

For legal reasons, you will be asked to electronically sign a rental agreement with the owner in addition to agreeing to the Air BNB terms at the time of booking.

This takes the form of an online link sent to you after making the initial Air BNB reservation. The full text of the owner agreement may be reviewed before signing. If you are unable to sign the owner rental agreement you must cancel your Airbnb booking within 24hrs.

We will require a copy of the identity card of the lead guest for legal and compliance reasons.

The primary renter's ID card picture must match the profile picture provided to Air BNB.

The lead guest will be required to provide full contact details including Email Address, Postal Address, Contact Number, Date of Birth, Place of Birth and Domiciled. These records are a requirement of the local police and need to be kept for 6 months.

Noise Monitoring - We monitor noise levels with a noise sensor. This does not record anything or transmit any audio to the internet. It only measures decibels and will alert us if it is over 85 decibels for extended periods. It is measured at all times. Any attempt to tamper with or damage this equipment will result in your full security deposit being withheld. 

CCTV - Is used to monitor the external areas of the house. Images are recorded.

Dogs are allowed but must be declared when booking. An additional charge applies. 2 Pets maximum, a flat fee of €40.

We accept a maximum of 12 people in the house including infants.

Failure to follow the recycling bin instructions and not sort rubbish €40 charge. Smoking is only allowed outside and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not put in the BBQ. Late Departures - We reserve the right to charge an additional fee of €60 per hour for unauthorised late departures. Applicable to every full or part hour after the scheduled departure time.

Covid 19 Statement - No refund will be given outside of our normal cancellation policy if any members of your group contract Covid and are unable or unwilling to travel. We will only refund less a 5% admin fee if general government confinement is in place. If you catch Covid and have to isolate at home we will not refund you. We strongly advise purchasing your own travel insurance.
