Designed for large groups and comfort, the accommodation features a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, providing a generous capacity for up to 16 guests (with options for up to 25). The layout is divided between a main vacation home and a duplex suite. The vacation home's ground floor boasts a spacious hall and living room with TV, an adjacent kitchen, and a toilet. The first floor contains five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The duplex suite adds further versatility with a ground-floor bedroom and sitting room with TV and two bathrooms, while the upper floor houses a bedroom with six single beds. For ultimate privacy, each of the seven comfortable rooms includes its own private bathroom.

Socializing is at the heart of the experience in the authentic Molenhuys. This recreation area overlooks the inside of the water mill and is equipped with a bar and a professionally equipped industrial kitchen (available to book for €145). Guests can enjoy a wide variety of entertainment, including a ping-pong table, kicker table, pool table, pinball machine, dartboard, air hockey, and card games. The honesty bar offers local beers and soft drinks, with the option to order local beer kegs such as Martens Pils or Ter Dolen varieties.

Outside, the property is a haven of tranquility. Enjoy a private garden and a covered terrace with an outdoor table, chairs, and a BBQ. The duplex suite further provides two private adjacent terraces. Guests can also access a common playground with a bouncy castle for children and a peaceful pond.

The area is a paradise for exploration, with cycling and walking nodes and an equestrian network running through the property.
