The apartment features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. For optimal rest, the sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom featuring two single bunk beds. The living area is large and inviting, providing a dedicated space for relaxing and entertaining with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals, featuring a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. Two spacious bathrooms provide convenience, and the home includes a washing machine and dryer for guest use.

Located in the pedestrian zone of Chamonix, guests are placed in the heart of the historic center. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to world-class skiing, with the Brevet cable car just a 7-minute walk (500m) and the Aiguille-du-Midi cable car a 10-minute walk (700m) away. For those arriving by car, you can approach the building to unload luggage before parking in the underground St Michel parking (fee).

• Trash must be sealed in bags and deposited in designated bins; do not leave waste in corridors, stairs, or throw it out of windows.
• Please wash and put away dried dishes in the cupboards.
• All ski and snowboard gear must be stored in the special lockers provided.
• Common areas, including corridors and stairs, must remain unobstructed and are not for children's play.
