To ensure a pleasant environment for all, please adhere to the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that guests must use the stairs to access the accommodation. A city tax of 4.6 EUR per adult per day is required upon check-in. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. To maintain the luxury standard of the interior, sports accessories and ski equipment are not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekends. Events and parties are not permitted.

During the stay
- Please turn off the lights when you exit the apartment
- In order to preserve the environment, do not use more towels than necessary
- Do not leave trash in the hallway or under the stairs and do not throw it out the window.
- Public hallways and stairs cannot be obstructed or used for any purpose other than entry and exit of apartments
- Not all ski and snowboard equipment is allowed in the listing
- Tenants must keep the apartment in a state that does not create a fire or health risk, including a repellent odor.
- Tenants are responsible for the behaviour of their guests. A violation of house rules by a guest will be treated as a violation by that tenant.
- Tenants are responsible for their valuables. We will not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings in the apartment, parking or common buildings (ski / bike room, etc.)
- Children are not allowed to play in public hallways or stairs
- Renters are required to provide access to their apartment for repairs to be carried out. Tenants will be notified as soon as possible when repairs are scheduled.
- Quiet times are from 10pm to 7am on weekdays and from 23pm to 7am on weekends. During these hours, tenants may not play loud music, run heavy machines, or make noises that might disturb their neighbors.
Before your departure:

It is expected that, at the time of check-out, the apartment will be left in the same condition as if it had been taken on arrival.
- dishes washed, dried stored in the closet/ for early morning departures you can leave the dishwasher on the way
- Please let us know before you leave if anything was broken or not working during your stay.
- Rubbish must be tightly closed in bags and deposited in the bins.
- Sheets (pillowcases, sheet, duvet cover) removed and placed in the bathroom.
