The accommodation consists of a full left-side house and adjacent duplex suites, offering a refined combination of natural materials and warm colors to create a harmonious atmosphere. The layout features 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 7 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 5 double beds, 8 single beds, and 1 sofa bed (1m60). The vacation home's first floor offers a sitting and dining area with an adjoining kitchen and a suite with a second living area, while the second floor houses 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The duplex suite provides additional privacy with bedrooms on both levels, including a room with 6 single beds and two private terraces.

For entertainment, guests have exclusive access to the Molenhuys, a recreation area overlooking the inside of the water mill. This space features a furnished bar and a professionally equipped industrial kitchen (available for a separate booking fee of €145). The Molenhuys is packed with activities, including a ping-pong table, kicker table, pool table, pinball machine, dartboard, air hockey, and card games. An honesty bar provides local beers, water, and soft drinks, and guests can even order kegs of local beer such as Martens Pils or Ter Dolen varieties to tap their own drinks.
