You are just 300 metres from supermarkets and 700 metres from the centre of Pilar de la Horadada, where you can discover charming squares and local tapas bars. The famous white sandy beaches, including Playa de las Higuericas, are a short 5-8 minute trip away, while Zenia Boulevard, the largest outdoor shopping centre in the region, is only 15 minutes away. For those active in sports, padel and fitness facilities are a quick 5-minute drive.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A complimentary late check-out may be available upon request 24 hours before departure if no other guests are arriving. Between October 1st and March 30th, pool heating is available for €100 per stay under a "No Heat, No Charge" guarantee.

To maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood, parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. For your safety, the property is equipped with a Securitas registered alarm system and external cameras at the entry points (gate and front door). Pets are not permitted.
