This inviting condo is perfectly positioned on the exclusive "no drive" section of the beach, offering guests seamless access to some of the clearest waters and most renowned surf on Florida's Atlantic coast.

Designed for relaxation, the interior features light wood flooring and soft-hued walls that contrast beautifully with colorful, playful furniture. The layout consists of one bedroom and one bathroom. The primary bedroom serves as a peaceful sanctuary featuring a king bed and a large dresser. For additional guests, the living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa, a single pull-out chair bed, and a twin bed in the common area, allowing the space to accommodate up to four guests. The living area also includes a Smart TV and a patterned recliner for ultimate comfort.

Step through the sliding glass doors to your second-floor balcony, where you can enjoy fresh salty air and views of the pristine complex pools, lush grounds, and crashing ocean waves. The home also features a newly renovated galley kitchen, fully stocked with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and a crockpot, connected to a dining area with a square wood table and cushioned seating.

Located in a historic complex established in 1973, guests have access to a variety of shared facilities. The grounds boast two large swimming pools facing the ocean, sun decks, gas barbeque grills, and covered parking. For convenience, there are coin-operated washers and dryers on every floor.

New Smyrna Beach is a barrier island paradise known as the surfing capital of Florida. Whether you are exploring the 13 miles of sandy coastline, fishing the Mosquito Lagoon for redfish, or visiting the historic town for local seafood and shopping, this location provides the ultimate seaside experience.
