Hacienda del Sol II "A Vacation Rental Property Offering Individually Family Owned Condominiums" Policy Disclosure

Availability: If for any reason a preassigned unit becomes unavailable, HDS2 reserves the right to assign assign guest another unit or cancel guest. Guests hereby waives all claims against management, agent, and owners.

Cleaning Charges: Housekeepers have a limited amount of time to get units cleaned for the next guests. Additional charges may be assessed upon departure, as follows.

Cost per load of laundry left for cleaning service over and above 2 loads is $10.00 (with the exception of three-bedroom units, which are allowed up to 3 loads). Removal of trash from unit $10.00. Dirty dishes that were not run through dishwasher or left dirty in sink is $10.00. An excessively dirty unit is $25.00. If smoking or vaping is detected in any unit all deposits are forfeited. Additional charges may apply upon departure.

Indemnification: Tenant shall indemnify and hold harmless management, agent, and owners from or against any and all liabilities, claims, expenses, fees, loss of use, and any actions of any kind arising out of guest use and occupancy.

Liability: Guest accepts liability for their actions, including those of their guests, and for all damages caused to the premises during their stay. Guest agrees to pay all charges, including but not limited to rent, regular and extra cleaning charges, repairs, replacement, lost income, administrative fees, and legal charges incurred. Guest agrees to obey all rental rules and policies.

Pest Control: All units are treated monthly on the first Tuesday of each month. The pest control technician will need access to the unit. Contact office if you have questions.

Refunds: There are no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item or items in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, condition of the property, or for conditions beyond HDS II control. If the requested unit is not available, due to unexpected circumstances, the right to assign a different unit is reserved by management.

Trailers, Boats, and Other Vehicles: Trailers, boats, and other vehicles of any kind are subject to management approval in advance of making a reservation. Parking for approved trailers, boats, or other vehicles is not guaranteed.

Violations: Any violation of the rules or policies is cause for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rents and deposits.
