Step inside to a bright living area anchored by a large leather sectional and chaise, perfect for lounging while watching the 42-inch HD LCD TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight of the home, featuring stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and green granite tile countertops, with a large counter and three stools for casual dining. A glass-top dining table provides additional seating for six. For added convenience, the unit includes its own washer and dryer and a private one-car garage.

Located within the Oceanside Village complex on A1A, this quaint community is situated on the non-driving portion of the beach, making it a prime spot for surfing, shell hunting, and romantic walks. New Smyrna Beach is known as the surfing capital of Florida, and guests are perfectly positioned to enjoy deep-sea fishing from Ponce de Leon Inlet or flats fishing in the famous Mosquito Lagoon. The local area offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences, ranging from beachside burger joints to fresh local seafood.

Please be aware that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for weekday noise and workers on site, a special discounted rate has been applied to bookings.

• Pets are not allowed
• Parties of adults under the age of 25 are not permitted
• Please rinse sand from beach toys and boogie boards before returning to the unit
• Starter supplies of toilet paper and hand soap are provided; additional cleaning products and paper goods should be purchased as needed.
