Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM via a contact-less keypad system. A $500 security deposit is held. This is a strictly non-smoking complex; smoking, vaping, cigars, or pipes are prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony, with a $500 fine and eviction for violations. Pets are not allowed ($500 fee if found). Please note a minimum rental age of 25 years is required. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, loud noise is prohibited after 10 PM. Additionally, no grilling, motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, or trailers are permitted onsite. There is a $50 fee for lost pool passes.
