The master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary, furnished with a king bed and featuring an attached full bath, as well as direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom also houses a king bed, while the third bedroom provides an extra-large twin bed. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a couch that converts into a sleeper sofa. A convenient guest bathroom is located just down the hall from the secondary bedrooms.

While this beachfront haven is peaceful, it is perfectly situated on the sugar white sands of the exclusive Thomas Drive area. Guests can enjoy the quiet eastern end of the beach while remaining close to world-class dining, shopping, nightlife, and outdoor activities, including the award-winning St. Andrews State Park.

• Parking: On-site parking is limited. Generally, two cars are permitted during the off-peak season. However, during peak seasons (including May 1 through July 27, August 27 through September 3, and the Sunday of Schooner’s LobsterFest), parking may be limited to one vehicle in the garage. No boats, jet skis, trailers, or RVs are permitted on the premises. All other vehicles must utilize public parking.
