Designed for maximum comfort, the layout features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and high-quality linens, complemented by room-darkening shades to ensure a restful sleep. For additional guests, the living room includes a pull-out sleeper sofa with all necessary bedding provided. The suite also offers 1 full bathroom equipped with a stand-alone shower and essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen designed for those who love to cook, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, rice cooker, and blender. To make your stay even more seamless, the kitchen is stocked with a complete set of knives, various pots, pans, and platters, as well as both Drip and Keurig coffee makers. Complimentary consumables such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and basic condiments are provided. For added convenience, the suite includes an in-unit washer and dryer with laundry pods and sheets.

Situated in the southeast, the property is just a 5-minute walk to Butterfly Park and local trails. • House Rules: This is a non-smoking property (including vapes); violations incur a $300 fee. No parties or events are permitted, and maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, monitored by an on-site decibel sensor.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome (no cats), though we ask that they remain off the furniture and linens.

Please note that this is one of two separate legal suites. While there is a shared backyard, the unit features separate entrances and independent heating, ventilation, and soundproofing for your privacy. To ensure security, guests may be required to provide a government-issued ID and sign a rental usage agreement prior to arrival.
