Your private sanctuary is situated on the second floor of a beautifully restored three-story home. The sleeping arrangement consists of one bedroom featuring two twin beds, comfortably accommodating up to two guests. To ensure a productive and relaxing stay, the room is equipped with a dedicated workspace including a desk, chair, and a power strip with eight outlets (featuring USB and USB-C charging). For entertainment, you'll find a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and access to ultra-fast 1 Gig Verizon Fios Wi-Fi.

While your bedroom is entirely private with its own digital keypad lock, you will have access to the home's welcoming shared spaces. This includes a spacious living room, a shared dining room with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two shared full bathrooms located on the second and third floors, as well as a shared half bathroom on the main floor. Fresh towels, linens, and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Located in one of Pittsburgh's most walkable neighborhoods, you are just steps away from local cafés, boutiques, and grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Market District. Whether you are craving sushi and oysters or a casual coffee, the best of East Liberty is right outside your door. • Parking: Free street parking available
• House Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana inside the home or within 25 feet of the building. No shoes inside. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Guest Requirements: Guests must be 21 years or older. We do not rent to local residents of Pittsburgh. All primary guests must complete a rental agreement and identity verification via SuiteOp prior to arrival.
• Kitchen Usage: To respect the homeowner's vegetarian lifestyle, cooking is limited to light meals (heating prepared food, breakfast, sandwiches, salads, eggs, vegetables, or tofu). Deep frying, grilling, and roasting meats or seafood are prohibited.
