The property is situated right across the street from Thomas Jefferson Hospital and University. You are within easy walking distance of Philadelphia's most iconic attractions, including the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the Convention Center, and Reading Terminal Market. The area is surrounded by the city's best dining, shopping, and nightlife, with subway and public transportation just two blocks away.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note the unit is located on the second floor and is accessed via 15–20 steps with no elevator. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per night.

House Rules & Requirements:

• Guests must be 21 years or older; no local Philadelphia residents
• No parties, events, drugs, or illicit behavior
• No smoking, vaping, or marijuana inside the home, on balconies, or within 25 feet of the building
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am
• Only registered guests are permitted; no overnight visitors
• No shoes allowed inside the home
• Only toilet paper may be flushed in toilets

Verification & Fees: Primary guests must complete a rental agreement and identity verification via SuiteOp, including a government-issued photo ID, prior to arrival. A security deposit authorization or damage waiver is required. Please be aware of strict fee schedules for rule violations, including $500 for smoking, excessive noise, or breaking house rules, and $1,000 for plumbing clogs caused by inappropriate items. Unauthorized late check-outs are charged at $50 per hour.
