For guests staying 28 nights or more, electricity is charged at 6 MXN per KW, and a $500 USD security deposit is required. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited, with a $300 penalty for smoking violations. All guests must be at least 21 years old to book and are required to sign a rental agreement upon confirmation.
