The layout spans two levels, with a spiral staircase leading to a loft that serves as the second bedroom, complete with a workspace and a futon for additional sleeping arrangements, all while remaining open to the living room below.

Outside, the property truly earns its name. You are welcomed by two giant king palms and a circular driveway, leading through a gated courtyard adorned with pomegranate trees and a bamboo wall for enhanced privacy. The spacious, functional yard embraces the best of California indoor-outdoor living, featuring a fuyu persimmon tree, an orange tree, and a guava tree. Guests can wander through the herb garden or retreat to the gazebo to enjoy a meal, a glass of wine, or a remote work session. For ultimate relaxation, you can soak in the jacuzzi or take a refreshing swim in the pool.

Located in a prime position, you are just 2 miles from a quaint downtown Brea featuring the Brea mall, restaurants, movie theaters, and nightlife. The location is also highly convenient for those visiting nearby major hospitals or utilizing the two local Tesla Supercharging stations. For sightseeing, you are only 10 miles from the magic of Disneyland and 25 miles from the beach.

• Minimum age for guests is 25 (families with children are welcome)
• Pets are allowed: $25 per night per dog (max 2 dogs); other animals or more dogs require prior approval
• Additional guest fees: $12 per person per night for more than 2 guests (short stays) or an additional $150 per month per person after 2 guests
• For stays of 28+ nights: Refundable damage deposit of $100 and a refundable cleaning deposit of $350 apply. The cleaning fee for long-term stays is $200
• Guest access is via a secure keypad code. Please note the backyard is shared with the main house, though it is rarely used.
