Practical details for your stay include a check-in time starting at 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $10 per night. Please note that smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Electricity is included for short-term stays under 28 nights; however, stays of 28 nights or more will be charged based on consumption at $6 MXN per KW, and a $500 electricity deposit is required prior to arrival. As the home is nestled within a tropical jungle landscape, the occasional insect may appear, adding to the authentic beauty of the Tulum experience.
