Perched on a sunny slope at 1274 meters, this retreat offers impressive views of the surrounding mountains, the village, and the nearby ski lift, making it the perfect sanctuary for those seeking both adventure and relaxation in the heart of the Austrian Alps.

The chalet is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature four bedrooms: three equipped with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and one featuring a bunk bed. To ensure comfort for all, the home includes two bathrooms, including a primary bathroom on the first floor with a bathtub, shower, and sauna.

The living spaces are designed for togetherness and leisure. The ground floor boasts a spacious living area centered around a cozy gas fireplace, complemented by a satellite TV and radio. An open, fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for home-cooked meals, including a ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Outside, guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air on the large terrace, patio, or balcony, complete with garden furniture and deckchairs.

For ultimate rejuvenation, the chalet includes luxury additions such as an infrared sauna, a bubble bath, a luxury shower, and a washing machine for added convenience.

Located centrally within the Almdorf, the chalet is just a short stroll from local restaurants and the supermarket. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate that hiking trails begin right in front of the property, and the Ski Hohentauern family ski area, featuring 11 kilometers of slopes, is located only 200 meters away.
