The home is configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed, and a second bedroom featuring a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a single bed. The layout also provides a functional kitchen equipped with a ceramic 4-ring stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, alongside a bathroom with a shower and washbasin.

Located in Egg-Kaltenbrunn, approximately 28 km southeast of Bregenz, the chalet is an ideal base for adventure seekers.
