With its original features and use of natural materials, meticulous attention to detail ensures the house maintains a unique character, making it a truly special retreat for your next getaway.

Designed for families and groups of friends, the home offers an expansive layout to ensure everyone has plenty of space to relax. The property features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. The ground floor is dedicated to communal living, featuring a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a wood cooker and ceramic stoves. The first floor houses the sleeping quarters and an additional bathroom. For added comfort, the home includes specific family amenities such as a high chair and children's beds.

After active days exploring the mountains or navigating the numerous hiking trails, guests can unwind in the dedicated relaxation area and house sauna. During the summer months, the large garden transforms into a little paradise for young and old alike, complete with barbecue facilities and a playground for carefree hours outdoors.

Located in the scenic region of St. Johann im Pongau, the house provides a peaceful base for mountain adventures. When arriving, please follow the access road towards Talblickstraße and turn left after the town sign, as some GPS services may suggest an incorrect route.

Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome (maximum 2) for €15 per pet per night, and we kindly ask that they be kept on a leash while outside the house. Please note the following fees payable at the property: a final cleaning fee of €200 per stay, a tourist tax of €2.05 per person per night, and an environmental tax of €0.50 per person per night. Bed linen is available for €10.00 per person per stay.
