Designed for comfort and versatility, the home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second, and a double sofa bed in the living area. The interior layout is thoughtfully organized on the first floor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic 4-ring stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. For entertainment, both the living room and the primary bedroom are equipped with flatscreen TVs.

Niedernsill is nestled at an altitude of 769 metres within the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region, positioned between Zell am See and Mittersill. Winter enthusiasts will find themselves ideally located near world-class ski areas, including Schmittenhöhe (14 km), Maiskogel (14 km), Kitzsteinhorn (18 km), and Wildkogel-Arena (23 km). Summer visitors can explore the Krimml Waterfalls, the Sigmund-Thun Gorge, or the Grossglockner High Alpine Road.

Guests will receive the Fun+ Card upon arrival, granting free access to the Niedernsill natural swimming lake and Hinkelsteinbad in summer, as well as a free day ski pass for the Niedernsill lift and Naglköpfl adventure mountain in winter.
