Designed as a lovingly furnished holiday apartment featuring plenty of wood, the space is located in the basement yet remains bright and airy. It is an ideal choice for families, with a layout that comfortably accommodates up to seven guests, including four adults and three children. The sleeping arrangements consist of three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one featuring a bunk bed, and a third bedroom with three single beds. The home includes one bathroom equipped with a shower unit, washbasin, and toilet, along with an additional separate toilet and washbasin.

While the property is a sanctuary of tranquility, it is centrally located for adventure, situated between the Ötz-Hochötz ski resort and the Längenfeld thermal baths. Guests can explore the hospitable village of Umhausen and its nearby hamlets of Tumpen, Köfels, and Farst. The area is rich in culture and tradition, where you can discover Ötzi the Iceman’s prehistoric home and visit the largest waterfall in Tyrol.
