The ground floor features a cozy living room centered around a decorative fireplace and a dining area that seats six, along with an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine. This level also hosts a private bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The first floor provides two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and another featuring two single beds, sharing a well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub and shower. In total, the property offers 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Step outside to the private 150 m2 garden or the 30 m2 terrace, where you can relish an evening barbecue or relax on deckchairs with your favorite cocktail while soaking up the sun. The home is also equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and essential family gear including a cot and high chair.

The hiking trails and bicycle paths begin just 300 m away, and the ski bus—also located 300 m from the chalet—provides easy access to the Kitzbühel-Kirchberg ski area. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests should be aware of the following additional costs: a final cleaning fee of €182.00 per stay, bed linen at €26.00 per person per stay, a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night, and a service charge of €30.00 per stay.
