Designed for group gatherings, the home accommodates up to 11 guests. The layout features 4 bedrooms and 4 beds across two levels, supported by 2 modern bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, including one with a double bed and another featuring both a double and single bed. The first floor hosts a spacious living room with a sofa bed and seating area, along with two additional bedrooms. For those traveling with little ones, the chalet provides high chairs and children's beds.

This property is an outdoor enthusiast's dream. The chalet boasts a lovely garden with a terrace, a grill, and a private sauna with stunning views of the valley (available free of charge twice a week). Practical additions include an underground garage with a carport and a dedicated ski storage room featuring boot heaters.

Located in one of the sunniest spots in the Kitzbühel Alps, Hopfgarten im Brixental offers impressive panoramic views of the Hohe Salve mountain. Guests have direct access to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental and neighboring KitzSki areas, totaling over 500 kilometers of slopes, 90 lifts, and numerous mountain huts. The region is equally inviting in the summer, with diverse Tyrolean landscapes and endless hiking and biking trails.

• Pets: Allowed (Max. 2; €15/pet/night). Please notify the host when booking.
• Important Winter Note: The final 3 km to the hut involve a steep, paved mountain road; snow chains are required during winter months.
• Additional Fees: A €200 security deposit (cash on arrival), €200 final cleaning fee, and a tourist tax of €2.60 per person/night apply. There are additional charges for the washing machine, dryer, and hot tub.
