The accommodation is thoughtfully arranged to balance communal gathering and private relaxation. You will find five bedrooms and three bathrooms across the two structures. The first semi-detached house features a spacious kitchen-living room designed to accommodate everyone comfortably, along with a ground-floor bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom. The upper level of this house contains two additional bedrooms, a large bathroom equipped with a bathtub, and a cozy small reading room with an open gallery. The second semi-detached house provides additional privacy with its own separate entrance area on the ground floor, leading to two further bedrooms and a third bathroom.

Designed for both winter enthusiasts and summer explorers, the home includes specialized features for the skiing season, including a dedicated ski room with ski boot heating. Guests can relax and unwind on the large sun terrace, which comes complete with garden furniture and a parasol.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 9:00 AM. Pets are welcome (maximum of 4) for a fee of €15 per pet per night. Please note that guests should bring their own bath towels and kitchen linens. A cot is available free of charge upon request. Additional costs include a final cleaning fee of €220.00 per stay and a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night.
