Situated on the first floor, the apartment features a generous layout that immediately impresses upon entry. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate up to 9 guests, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. Each bedroom is thoughtfully arranged with a double bed and a single bed to maximize space. The home is serviced by 2 separate bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and washbasin, along with an additional toilet.

Located in the heart of the Zillertal, the property is perfectly positioned for winter sports enthusiasts. The free ski bus stops directly in front of the door, providing quick access to the Spieljochbahn gondola in Fügen and the slopes of Hochfügen. Hochfügen itself sits sublimely on a sunny high plateau, offering guaranteed snow and a breathtaking mountain experience.
Practical Information: Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own bath towels and kitchen linens. A bread service is available as an additional booking option. The following fees are payable at the holiday home: a final cleaning fee of € 100.00 per stay and a tourist tax of € 2.60 per person, per night.
