The interior includes a spacious living room equipped with a sofa bed for additional guests, a traditional dining area known as a stube, and a well-equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air from the private balcony or relax in the garden, which comes complete with garden furniture. For added convenience, the chalet provides a dedicated ski storage room and a washing machine, with parking available directly at the property.

Located in the heart of a premier winter sports destination, the property offers effortless access to the Zell am See - Kaprun ski region at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn. With the Ski ALPIN CARD, guests can explore three premium ski regions, encompassing 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts, including the Schmittenhöhe and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. In the summer months, the area transforms into a paradise for water lovers, with nearby options like the Hinkelsteinbad in Piesendorf, the Niedernsill natural swimming lake, and the lido at Lake Zell.
