The property is designed for families and larger groups, consisting of two spacious holiday apartments across the first and second floors that are rented exclusively together. This layout ensures guests have private use of both levels, featuring five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and five beds, accommodating up to 16 guests. The interior is well maintained and comfortably furnished, providing ample space to unwind.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across both floors. The first floor includes a living room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with two single beds and a washbasin. The second floor features another living room with a double bed and TV, one bedroom with a double bed and washbasin, and another bedroom equipped with a single bed, single sofa bed, and a bunk bed.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed (maximum 2) for a fee of €10 per pet per night and must be mentioned during booking. Please bring your own bath and kitchen linens. Additional costs include a final cleaning fee of €200 per stay, bed linen at €5 per person per stay, a tourist tax of €2.05 per person per night, and an environmental tax of €0.50 per person per night.

Important Note: The property is accessed via a mountain road. During the winter season, snow chains are mandatory and must be carried and used when required.
